While in Buffalo NY, I had one of the greatest experiances of my food dinning experiences, the chicken wing. Anchor bar is the birthplace of the famous Buffalo Wing. While enjoying an unbelievably crunchy wing with delectable flavor, my father in law started calculating how many chickens had to die for us to eat. The grand total 25, God bless those chickens!
P.S for you non-New Yorkers, don’t ever, ever, ever, ask for boneless wings.

Just saw a Food Network special on the Anchor Bar and it’s fame for birthing the wings.
You are absolutely right about the bones! No self respecting New Yorker would ever order wings without bones. I mean, where do boneless wings come from? Boneless Chickens, of course.
